📦 Paristor Return & Exchange Policy

At Paristor, we take pride in the quality of our products. Each piece is carefully packed and checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, we’ve got you covered.

✅ Eligible for Return / Exchange:

• If the product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery.

• If you receive a wrong item different from your order.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Change of mind (you don’t like the design or size after purchase).

• Slight color variation (due to photography & lighting).

• Normal wear & tear or damage caused after use.

📅 Return Request Timeline:

• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@paristor.com with unboxing images or videos as proof.

🔄 Process:

1. Contact us with your Order ID + proof (photo/video).

2. Our team will verify and approve the return request.

3. Once approved, you can ship the product back to us (return shipping cost to be borne by customer unless it was our mistake).

4. After inspection, we will send you a replacement product or store credit.

💡 Note:

• Refunds are not applicable, only exchange or store credit.

• We reserve the right to reject return requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.
