Required Proof

To process your return or replacement request, we require:

  1. A clear unboxing video showing:

    • The package in its original, unopened condition.

    • The unboxing process clearly revealing the damaged or incorrect item.

  2. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item, if applicable.

Non-Eligibility

  • Returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect item delivery are not eligible under this policy.

  • Items without a valid unboxing video will not qualify for return or replacement.

Process for Returns or Replacements
