- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of the purchase date if product was damage or wrong product delivered.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@paristor.com . Kindly provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days.
